its hard to critique aliens, and manga - those area's are the hardest, since there are so many variations in aliens/monsters - and in Manga there aren't really anatomy structures other than the sexual areas of interest - and most of those are blown way out of proportion. So honestly, I can give you any real pointers on that particular character, since it is your own vision/character, no? If you want the body to be more human like, I suggest studying muscle structure, and bones, to better define the arms - right now, thats the only real thing that looks wonky. I know that's not much help, and I apologize for that.
